Skid Steers

A skid steer is also known as a skid loader or a skid steer loader! They are a small rigid-frame machine with lift arms to which a wide array of tools can be attached. They are typically four wheeled with the wheels locked on each side and allowing them two sides to be driven independently. The wheels have no steering mechanism, but being independently driven allows the driver to turn both left and right sets of wheels at different speeds allowing the machine to turn by skidding.
